Our plan is specifically designed to meet their needs on the road and at home."

The program uses a variety of different tools and methods to help drivers smoke quickly, including e-books, nicotine replacement therapy and two different smoking applications. The program also relies on health coaches, accountability partners and a support group of 292 members who share their experience and support each member through the Rigs Without Cigs Facebook Group. The program also provides many rewards and incentives to encourage drivers to continue to participate in the program. The award was donated by RoadPro Family of Brands, the sponsor of the program, and the group has supported the program since 2019.

Truck drivers looking for more information can download the Rigs Without Cigs brochure from the SCF website. Drivers can also use the website’s calculator to see how much they are currently spending on cigarettes and how much they would save over time if they smoked today.

"There is no panacea. Julie recommended a book-I listened, finally something clicked, I decided to smoke the last cigarette, I did it. I quit the cold turkey... you You must go deep in yourself for how long you want to live or die... Remember, if you try chewing gum or patches, it still contains nicotine, this urge will never go away, just like heroin addicts... I My other fear is drinking beer for steak dinner and wanting to smoke after meal. I have had three steak dinners."

"I really believe that accountability for the installation of this program is the key to my success."

"Rigs without cigarettes are great for me. Through constant contact, it helps me stay on track. I think the plan works wonders by visiting Facebook groups and staying in touch. You can stay focused and get support when needed. Thank you very much for your help and assistance."

(Sevierville, Tennessee)-Soaky Mountain Waterpark officials announced today that they will add a first-of-its-kind water coaster featuring exciting high-speed surprises that will allow riders to reach their limits in the 2022 season.

According to Dave Andrews, General Manager of Soaky Mountain Waterpark, "Our new water coaster, aptly named'The Edge', will become a hypermarket! It will be located on the edge of our water park, spanning two football fields. Length. It combines WhiteWater’s Master Blaster water coaster with its iconic Boomerango. But instead of just adding a slide, we double it to get the thrill of a duel!"

A 70-foot tower will be the location of the new slide. On it, the double pipes are placed side by side, and each pipe is in its designated lane. When the light turns green, they will be pushed down a giant drop of three floors, leading to the first valley of the ride. Then, they will be quickly blown up a hill and enter an area featuring a kaleidoscope.

"The rider will definitely be fascinated by the AquaLucent ring (colored circle) of the roller coaster designed in the pipe section," Andrews added. "The distance between the rings will get closer and closer, making the riders look like they are accelerating, and then they will be surprised to see their competitors again because they have fallen into another heart-pounding drop."

The second uphill impact will bring the rider into another closed tube section, this time they will be shocked by the colorful laser-like AquaLucent stripes. These stripes will be longer at first, and then become shorter and shorter, giving a sci-fi-like sense of speed when the rider enters a turn. When the riders shoot out of their tubes, they will not see one, but two majestic Boomerango walls in front of them, and then fall to the bottom of the wall, feeling extreme Gs. As the power brings the riders to the parallel walls, they will be able to see their competitors because they feel weightless before sliding back. As a finishing touch, the rider will cross a zero-gravity hump until the end of the ride. The finish line is filled with lights and effects to show who is the winner and who has passed the "edge".

Andrews said: "Boomerango is loved all over the world, but our guests will enjoy a very special version like never before. Our Boomerango wall is designed to make riders feel like they are leaving the "edge" of the roller coaster. It will be spectacular."

In addition to the new water coaster, the water park will expand the decks of the two areas of the park and add 1,000 new seating options based on guest recommendations. The water park has also added extra large umbrellas to increase the shaded area around the park.

Other attractions in the large 50-acre water park at 175 Gists Creek Road, Sevierville, Tennessee include: Avalaunch, a roller coaster with four flying saucers that creates a feeling of falling and diving and waves Curved walls; Soaky Surge, a huge 35,000-square-foot wave pool with 6-foot waves; Black Bear Rapids, a 24,000-square-foot adventure river; and Honeycomb, a bee-themed game and spray function, Suitable for young children.

There is also Boomers Bay, which is a super fun pool area for children's activities. There are smaller versions of adult towering slides, including Lil' Rattlers and Mini Mayhem, so that children can experience the thrill and cold of the water park at their level; An adventure pool with a water obstacle course; a 3,800-square-foot flat-water cabin swimming pool where you can relax by the pool; and Hang 10essee, a dual FlowRider®️ surfing simulator.

In addition, there are other large slides, including two five-person raft rides; a tubing tower with five tanks; two high-intensity body slides; and a four-lane, front-first mat racing car that satisfies everyone’s racing desires challenge. Some slides have translucent tubes that produce a series of rotating light effects, while others are color-themed, such as Rainbow's Revenge (with all the colors of the rainbow) and American Racer's Rush (with red, white, and blue stars) ) And stripes.

For 16 years, the city’s commercial façade improvement plan has been welcomed by small family businesses, as well as by owners who want to restore historic buildings.

Now, Mayor Indya Kincannon is proposing to provide $750,000 in new funding for the program, which will help re-use vacant buildings in targeted commercial areas.

"During the COVID-19 pandemic, New York City has naturally changed our funding focus to help families in need," said Mayor Kim Cannon. "In our past two budgets, we were unable to fund the commercial facade improvement program. Thankfully, thanks to the federal pandemic relief assistance package and other funding, we will be able to vigorously restart this successful program soon. "

The program has always been a creator of economic drivers and employment opportunities. In cooperation with the owners, the city's commercial facade investment supported the entire city center and the community-level reconstruction of Sevier, Magnolia and North Central Avenue.

A total of 174 buildings have been refurbished in appearance, and the US$8.1 million city government funding matches the US$18 million owner's investment.

Kenhill said that working with the city government on the exterior wall project “helped” give way to a 111-year-old long-dormant building at 822 Sevier Ave.

"Every bit helps, especially when you develop an old building in the unknown, before you really don't know you will enter it," he said.

He and his wife Debbie bought the 8,000-square-foot South Knoxville building, which is full of graffiti and wood-panelled windows. After a complete renovation from top to bottom, they now live upstairs, enjoying open floor plans and high ceilings, original brick walls and plenty of natural light. The roof terrace is the most popular place.

They manage the two apartments upstairs as short-term rentals, and there are two new retail companies in front of Sevier Avenue-Sweetbriar Boutique and Loveliest Bridal.

Ken said the facade assistance "helps ensure that we can complete the project."

Debbie said she is grateful for the help in reconstruction and the moral support of New York City.

She said: "The city government believes in refurbishing and transforming this building, which gives us confidence to move on." "It's like this city has become part of our team."

According to the records of the City Department of Housing and Community Development, more than 1,200 jobs have been created by properties upgraded through the commercial facade improvement program.

These public-private partnerships on building renovation have more than doubled the appraised value of the property being revitalized, thereby generating local taxes in the coming years.

Prior to the reconstruction, the estimated value of the properties participating in the commercial facade improvement program was US$22.1 million. After most of the investments made by private owners, the appraised value increased to 53.7 million USD.

The new $750,000 is used to fund more commercial façade projects like Hills, which is part of a $35 million budget amendment to New York City’s operating and capital budget. The City Council approved the first of two readings at its meeting on October 19, 2021.

A detailed list of the mayor’s proposals—primarily using ARPA funds or funds released by other federal aid—can be found here: www.knoxvilletn.gov/arpa.

"Fannie Farkle's slogan is,'come for food, stay for fun'," Paul explained. "We started using a simple formula to create an interesting place for the family in 1981-it has exceeded our craziest dream."

Matt Knowles said: "Our plan is to keep everything that people have loved about Fannie Farkle for the past 40 years. The food is great and the arcade is the best in the Smokies. Often. People who come here will be happy to see Fannie Mae they know and love."

The Knowles Brothers plan to invest heavily in Fannie’s advancement.

"We will adopt and invest in the successful business model created by Marion Paul so that people will still spend their first vacation at Fannie Farkle's in 40 years," Matt Knowles said.

Fannie Farkle's will redeem all points and playing cards, no matter when they are earned, and Fannie Farkle's employees (many of whom have been with the company for decades) will stay in place to serve guests.
