5. How do you guarantee the product quality?
The Defective rate of our all products is 0.2% and we will do the final 12-24V dc voltage test before the shipment.

6.How about the after service?
If you got any problems with the products, please take some photos and email us, after our confirmation, then we will provide you the best solution for you. The warranty is about 24ths.

7. When you ship my order?
Normally 3-7days after receiving your payment, but it can be negotiated based on order qty and production schedule,7 to 25 working days for bulk order.
